Started on an air fryer
I'm Austin. I'm 22, I'm a cook by trade, and I've learned in the kitchen that people can taste when someone actually cares about what they're handing over.
Coffee is the idea I kept coming back to. I didn't want to wait until I could afford a real roaster, so I started with what I had: an air fryer, a kitchen scale, and one pound of green coffee from Colombia.
That first pound is a washed coffee from small farms around Buesaco, grown between 1,700 and 2,000 meters. I roasted it four different ways and logged every batch by the gram and the minute. If you've got a tester bag, you're holding one of them.
The plan is small on purpose: roasted to order, dated on the bag, and delivered by me around Fort Worth. When the roasts are consistent and your feedback says they're ready, we launch on January 1.
